DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All orders are subject to our 3 to 7 working day printing turnaround time before being shipped.
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the order confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your Spam email folder just in case the order confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and mark it Not Spam, which should allow future messages to get through. Thank you.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
We send all items by recorded (tracked) delivery service. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders of more than one item may ship on different dates and from different locations, depending on stock availability.
Where will my order ship from?
Will I be charged customs for my order?
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Every product has its own size chart, which is attached directly in the product description or in the pop-up window when you click here:
PLEASE NOTE: Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund wrong size order. Thank you for understanding.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
